I really just can't believe my baby is 3! He was really shy about his birthday and all the attention but he loved it! A couple of days before his birthday his best friends Josh and Ella threw a birthday party for him- he was so excited!
Look at these little buddies!
Shelly is just the sweetest and had balloons in each kids favorite color along with name tags!
They all got to color Thomas the Train pictures, and add stickers- Carson just loves trains!
Then she had made brownies and ice cream and let each child put as many sprinkles as they wanted on it.......which was a lot! They gave Carson some really cute magnet trains and we let them play! He just loves Josh and Ella's and this seriously made his day! Thank you Shelly for being so thoughtful- it made our day!
On Carson's birthday he woke up to all of his Thomas tracks set up all over the living room!
Which provided hours of entertainment! He also got to have donuts for breakfast!
Then I took him to Barnes and Noble to play and get a free cookie for his big day!
We had Chick Fil A for lunch and I made cheesy noodles for dinner which he loves! Then we took him to Target and bought him a new toy. Then we took him to a park and let them play and eat chocolate covered strawberries!
His birthday party was on the day after his actual birthday-more like a birthday week!
We had a train party and my mom made the cutest cake- isn't that adorable? And it tastes amazing too!
Caron was being shy but he was loving it!
We had pizza and fruit and juice- all at his request!
Then it was present time- I love this age- they just get so excited about this part!
The Monday after his birthday was Memorial Day and Steve had the day off so we took Carson to Thomas Days in Heber! We got to meet Sir Topham Hat.......
play mini golf.......
Ride Thomas- yeah!!!!!...........
get balloon animals and new toys.......
and maybe the best part was all of the trains! it was the perfect day!
We ended our fun trip to Heber at Dairy Keen- a little hometown burger joint that was completely packed and so worth it- they have a train that goes around the ceiling and the boys got to eat at a little train table!
Happy birthday sweet boy!
