Here are some pictures from my February trip to Arches and Canyonlands near Moab, Utah (This is Steve again). This is one of my favorite places to visit and I try to get down there at least once a year. The scenery and the light are like no other place I have ever been. If you haven't been before ... GO ... it is worth the trip!

Testing, testing ...
Here are a few pictures that we took today with my new Nikon digital SLR camera (I'm filling in for Crystal today). Crystal is now 30 weeks along and she looks GREAT! Cohen is growing bigger every day and I would say that he is excited for his new baby brother, but I don't think he has any idea what is coming. He will make a great older brother. We just hope that he doesn't get too jealous. In the mean time these are a couple of pictures of him playing outside at Grandma and Grandpa Bowers house. He loves to be outside and is a pretty handsome kid if you as me (I'm not biased at all).

Snuggling
Cohen has such a fun time with Grandma and Grandpa- last Sunday we went over to their house to have dinner together and Cohen decided to be a cuddle bug. It's nice to be able to go to someone else's house and play- Cohen of course thinks he owns the place. So thanks guys for letting us come over ( especially for me I get cabin fever) we always have a great time.

Playing in My Toy Box
Cohen doesn't just pull toys out of his toy box, he climbs in and throws all his toys out. I love how he poses for pictures- he always says "cheese" it is super cute. In the top picture he is wiggling his tongue in his mouth which he has been doing all day everyday for the last several days. Reason- 4 new canines coming in, needless to say he has been really cheerful- or not. But it is really cute when he wiggles that little tongue-he is always doing something new and cute.

Bathtime
I don't think there is anything cuter than a baby who loves his bath. Cohen can be as upset as he wants to be and you put him in his bath and he is as happy as can be. I heard some babies don't like baths so I am grateful it is one more thing I don't have to fight him on (like changing his diaper). I love his big blue eyes- he is a pretty cute boy.
So I am at the stage now where I can't bathe him very comfortably- bending over the bath tub makes me turn blue in the face after awhile. So my sweet hubby does it- what a nice guy. I still do my part I set up and clean up his bath, but we are a pretty good team.

Shoes and Hats
As soon as he sees his shoes in the morning he wants them on and usually he is still in his footed pjs. So I have to get him dressed and changed before I put his shoes on and of course he is so not holding still for that. He screams when I take them off so he can take a nap, other than that he wears them all day and loves it. And what's even cuter is he says shoe perfectly- how can you resist putting them on him. Then he walks into my room this morning and had put Steve's hat on his head al by himself. It was adorable- I was laughing so hard. He was such a big boy. In all these pictures he is saying cheese because he loves having his picture taken- of course he always tries to get right in front of the camera which makes it hard to get good pictures. What a fun little boy!!

This makes me excited
There are days when I am nervous about having 2 little boys running around the house. Hopefully I don't have much energy because I am pregnant and that I will get it back so I can keep up with them. But then I look at these pictures of my sweet baby Cohen and I get so excited about seeing little Carson. I love how they snuggle and sleep on you all the time. The newborn stage is hard as with any other stage, but I love it too. It is so sweet, and I am so excited!!

Backpack
Steve went to Moab last weekend for a photography trip. We both missed him like crazy! He came back with a shirt that he bought Cohen it says "Got Dirt" on the front and on his bum it says "Dirt Squirt". Steve and I thought it was so cute on him. I wanted Steve to go on this trip soon because I only have 3 months left before this sweet baby boy comes so I kind of need him around, but I know he's been wanting to go out and take pictures. Cohen did pretty well while he was gone, but once he got home he didn't want any of us to leave him. Cohen was loving this backpack- he is so funny.

Springitis
I am so excited for spring to come. It wasn't very warm outside, but I took Cohen out into our backyard which he has never discovered since he couldn't walk last summer. Needless to say he loved it. He was running everywhere, smiling and laughing the whole time. And of course he had to have a ball in his hands at all times. They are his favorite things beside his dad and binkis. Of course it snowed the next couple of days after that so he would stand at the back door and knock on it (which he thinks gets any door to open). Hopefully it gets warm soon so that we can have more backyard adventures.
